Messy coworkers

I would like to know what to do with messy coworkers. Our kitchen sink is full of dirty cups and dishes. The fridge is full of old food.

Really - do these people behave like that in their own home?

I hate the mess they make. I know I shouldn't but I have been cleaning the worst of it sometimes simply because I cannot take it!

Does anyone have advice on how to make the messy coworkers clean up their mess?
